Just excellent! Spacious, cosy and clean rooms, friendly and very efficient staff, very good food in restaurant plus swimming pool. Highly recommended!

Staff first class and beautiful grounds. Restaurant and rooms in need of a little renovation

Superb swimming, spa & sauna facilities. Restaurant can be a bit noisy when busy and service is not very quick. I would stay again just for the outdoor jacuzzi with great views. Nice local walks as well.

Thermal Pool Relaxation

Total bliss n relaxation in the Thermal Pool ... which goes outdoors so you lie in hot water feeling rain on your face - makes you feel alive!!! All good in other areas... pillows mega comfy and room very clean. Weakness - tiling/grouting in leisure area showers was grotty.

Lovely hotel close to the centre of Bolton

I booked this hotel for my sisters hen do and was met with a lovely welcome on reception. The facilities are lovely and the staff are extremely friendly. Whilst we did not use the spa, we could see how others enjoyed these amenities and everything looked clean. The buffet style breakfast had a great range of both hot and cold options. We all had a great stay and would highly recommend
